TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@OCEANSGALLERYCLO.COM TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION.
DUE TO COVID-19, OCEANS GALLERY ALLOWS
To protect the health and safety of our community and maintain the integrity of our garments, Oceans Gallery operates on an exchange-only policy. We do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order delivery date

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached

The original invoice or receipt must be included with your exchange request

Failure to include documentation may delay or void processing

Sale items are final sale and are eligible for exchange only
Exchange Guidelines

Exchanges are permitted only for a different size or color of the original style purchased or equivalent priced item

Exchanges for different styles are not permitted unless authorized

If the requested size or color is unavailable, store credit may be issued at the discretion of Oceans Gallery
Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back for exchange

Oceans Gallery covers outbound shipping for the exchanged item

One exchange shipment per order will be covered by Oceans Gallery
Inspection & Condition Review

All items are inspected upon arrival

If an item is determined to be not in original condition, the exchange will be denied

Denied items will be returned to the customer at their expense

Oceans Gallery reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet policy requirements

Oceans Gallery offers exchange-only service for international orders. Returns and refunds are not available for international purchases.
