Lifetime Repair Warranty (Limited – 24 Months)

Oceans Gallery provides a limited lifetime repair warranty, included at no cost for twenty-four (24) months from the original purchase date.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to seam failure, stitching defects, and hardware malfunction, under normal use and proper care.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fabric aging, fading, pilling, damage caused by misuse, improper washing, alterations, accidents, chemical exposure, or unauthorized repairs.

Repair Process:

All repair requests must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographic documentation. Oceans Gallery reserves the right to determine eligibility and the appropriate method of repair. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs.

Post-Warranty Repairs:

After the initial 24-month period, repair services may remain available at the customer’s expense, subject to availability.

Limitations:

“Lifetime” refers to the usable life of the garment. This warranty does not guarantee replacement, refund, or new product issuance. Oceans Gallery’s liability is limited solely to repair of the eligible item.

Oceans Gallery reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time without prior notice.
